Please make sure the item is securely packaged and shipped using a reliable courier service of your choice. All shipping charges—both original and return—are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method used.

Please note that this return policy only applies to items purchased directly from our ecommerce store. If you purchased a PharmaPlus product through a third-party seller or retailer, please refer to their return policies.
